"Health and safety is straightforward common sense. If anyone wraps it up in complexity, they haven't understood it themselves! The moment you can get your team to just stop and take a second to think before they act, you're onto a winner. I'm working to move people away from thinking they 'have to comply' towards simple action steps that make your organisation a safe, enjoyable - and profitable - place to be."

Pete Fisher

Your safety net behind the scenes

Pete Fisher is a down-to-earth businessman who believes that health and safety practice should benefit your bottom line, not diminish it.  He also believes that if he can work to prevent injury, stress or environmental damage - and save his clients money by preventing accidents - it's well worth getting up in the morning!

He has worked with Shell International, Ordnance Survey, The National Maritime Museum, The Open University, local government and private companies, large and small.

Formerly an electrical engineer in the RAF and now a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner, Pete takes a holistic view of problem solving. After all, no problem exists in isolation.  His style dispels the myth that health and safety management is a complex and bureaucratic overhead.  He knows that things can invariably be simplified and quickly resolved.

A member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and with over 13 years' direct health and safety experience in both engineering and commercial environments, Pete is the user-friendly adviser many companies have been searching for.
